NEHPC Terms of Reference

Our Terms of Reference outline the committee’s purpose, structure and responsibilities, ensuring transparent decision-making and good governance in line with Pony Club Victoria standards.

NEHPC Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct sets the standard for behavior within our club, encouraging respect, integrity, and sportsmanship among all members, ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved.

PCV Child Safe Policy

At NEHPC, the safety and well-being of children are our top priorities. We are committed to abiding by Pony Club Victoria's Child Safe Policy, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all members. Through clear guidelines, training, and proactive measures, we aim to foster a community where young riders can thrive and enjoy their equestrian journey with confidence.

NEHPC Privacy Policy

The North Eastern Horse and Pony Club values the privacy of its members and is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with Australian privacy laws. Any information collected is used solely for club administration, communication, and safety purposes.
